  • 6. Onion ………… 50g
  • Marinade (7.~11.)
  • 7. Corn starch ………… 1/2 tablespoon
  • 8. Oyster sauce ………… 1/2 tablespoon
  • 9. Seasoning sauce ………… 1/2 tablespoon
  • 10. Soy sauce ………… 1 teaspoon
  • 11. Sugar ………… 1/2 teaspoon

  • 3. Black pepper ………… A dash
  • 4. Cauliflower ………… 150g
  • 5. Tomato ………… 100g
  • 6. Onion ………… 100g
  • Marinade (7.~11.)
  • 7. Corn starch ………… 1 tablespoon
  • 8. Oyster sauce ………… 1 tablespoon
  • 9. Seasoning sauce ………… 1 tablespoon
  • 10. Soy sauce ………… 2 teaspoons
  • 11. Sugar ………… 1 teaspoon

How to make

  1. Slice the beef into bite-sized pieces, rub the smashed garlic and black pepper into the beef,
    and mix with the marinade. Refrigerate the beef for a while.
  2. Separate the cauliflower into small florets.
    Cut the onion into 1cm thick slices. Cut the tomato into wedges.
  3. Place 1 in the cooking plate and top it with the cauliflower, onion, and tomato.
  1. Put the washed rice and water in the inner pot and set it in the rice cooker.
  2. Insert 3 in the inner pot, select the “Synchro-Cooking” menu, and press the [Start] key.
  3. When cooking is complete, place the dish on a serving plate.
