2. Shallots ………… 15g
3. Garlic ………… 15g
4. Onion ………… 60g
5. Peanuts(chopped) ………… 20g
Marinade (6.~10.)
6. Lemon juice ………… 1 tablespoon
7. Soy sauce ………… 1/2 tablespoon
8. Fish sauce ………… 1/2 tablespoon
9. Sugar ………… 1 teaspoon
10. Salt ………… A dash
11. Green onion ………… For garnish

7. Soy sauce ………… 1 tablespoon

How to make
Slice the beef into bite-sized pieces.
Mince the garlic and shallot.
Mix 1 with the marinade and refrigerate the beef for a while.
Slice the onion thinly.
Place 2 in the cooking plate and top it with 3 and the crushed peanuts.
Put the washed rice and water in the inner pot and set it in the rice cooker.
Insert 4 in the inner pot, select the “Synchro-Cooking” menu, and press the [Start] key.
When cooking is complete, place the cooked rice on a serving plate and serve it with 4 on the side.
Sprinkle chopped green onions on top.
